For returns within Germany we kindly ask you to:
- completely fill out the enclosed return bill and place it in the return box.
- to stick the parcel label marked "Retoure" on the box
- send the return shipment to LODENFREY via DHL
Thereby we ask you for returns from an EU country:
- to request a return slip from us, either by email to service@lodenfrey.com or by phone +49 (0) 89 / 21 039 0 (Mon. - Sat., 9:00 - 19:00)
- to stick the parcel label marked "Retoure" on the box
- send the return shipment to LODENFREY via DHL
REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE OF RETURNS
The refund of the purchase price of returns depends on the respective payment method.
You have chosen purchase on account? Please reduce the invoice amount yourself by the value of the returned goods.
You have chosen payment by credit card? In this case you will receive a credit to the specified card account.
You have paid by instant bank transfer? Of course we will transfer the value of the returned goods back to the account from which you made the transfer. Please indicate your account details on the return slip.
You have paid via PayPal? In this case we will refund the value of the return to your PayPal account.
