Reserve your desired selection conveniently online and we will have the items ready for you to pick up within the next four hours.

Select the Click & Collect shipping option and submit your order.
We will prepare your selection for you within four hours.

2. MESSAGE RECEIVED

As soon as your order is ready for collection in the store,
you will receive an e-mail from us.

3. FITTING & ADVICE

An exclusive changing room and personal style advice are available in the Click & Collect Lounge on the 4th floor. An alteration studio is also located in the building.

4. PAYMENT ON SITE

You can pay for your items with all common payment methods, such as EC card, credit card and cash, directly in the Click & Collect Lounge.

ORDER

Select the Click & Collect shipping option when ordering online. You can collect your goods from LODENFREY within four hours after receiving the order confirmation. You will receive a special notification from us by email. You decide when you want to collect your order - it will be ready for you in the store for up to two days during our opening hours. Of course, we offer this service free of shipping costs.

SERVICE

In addition to the immediate fitting option in our lounge area, a sales staff member is available on request for individual and personal style advice. If you don't like an item, you can easily exchange it. If you have any alteration requests, our in-house alteration studio service is at your disposal.

PAYMENT

You can pay for the selected items directly in the Click & Collect Lounge. We accept all common payment methods (EC card, credit card and cash).
