Returns are only accepted for unworn, unwashed, and flawless items with both the Lodenfrey tags and the manufacturer’s tags still attached. Please ensure that all original boxes, packaging, and dust bags are included with your return.
For returns within Germany, please use the enclosed returns form:
- complete the enclosed returns slip and place it in the returns box
- affix the parcel label marked "Returns" to the box
- send the return shipment via DHL to LODENFREY
For returns from an EU country, we ask you to
- request a return slip from us, either by email to service@lodenfrey.com or by telephone to +49 (0) 89 21 039 0 (Mon. - Sat., 9:00 - 19:00)
- stick the parcel label marked "Returns" on the box
- to send the return shipment via DHL to LODENFREY
REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE FOR RETURNS
The refund of the purchase price of returns depends on the respective payment method.
Have you chosen to pay by credit card? In this case you will receive a credit to the specified card account.
Did you pay by PayPal? In this case, we will refund the value of the return to your PayPal account.
You paid with Klarna? In this case, the outstanding invoice amount will automatically be reduced by the value of the return.
