Shipping costs

Domestic deliveries (Germany) and to Austria:
LODENFREY charges a service fee of 5.95 euros for shipping within Germany and to Austria via DHL. This service already includes the costs for packaging and shipping the goods.
Deliveries abroad:
We take the liberty of charging shipping costs of 25 euros per order for shipping to the EU countries listed below, regardless of the number of items ordered: Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 1-3 days, for deliveries abroad within 2-4 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by e-mail when the goods are ready and when you can collect them. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

- Payment by credit cardThe combination of invoice purchase and redemption / purchase of a gift voucher is not possible.
Payment by credit card or debit card:
The order amount is deposited as a payment reservation on your card and booked after the order has been dispatched. In the event of cancellation, the amount will be released. Refunds from returns will be made to the credit card used to pay for the original order.
