Training as a retail specialist (m/f/d) is the ideal alternative for all high school graduates who lack practical experience during their studies.
In your sales department, you will look after our discerning and international customers and guarantee them a unique shopping experience. You will also take on initial responsibility in the areas of merchandise management, visual merchandising and e-commerce.

Training content:
- Customer service and advice
- Merchandise knowledge
- Merchandise management
- Introduction to and support in business management backgrounds and processes
- Visual merchandising
- Imparting theoretical knowledge in business management and management, retail marketing, procurement and logistics, personnel management and leadership
Remuneration:
1. AJ 975 Euro plus commission
2. AJ 1,100/1,200 euros plus commission
3. AJ 1,400 euros plus commission
The theoretical content will be taught to you in study phases at the Akademie Handel in Munich. We also support you in practical projects and in external and internal training courses. Here you will also be specifically prepared for all examinations. During your training, you will work in all sales departments and some administrative departments of our company. You will receive intensive support and individual encouragement according to your strengths and interests.
