Jason Markk realized that there were no specific cleaning products for sneakers and filled that niche with Jason Markk Premium Shoe Cleaner. Sneaker lovers no longer had to use household cleaners and other solutions that contain harsh chemicals to clean their precious shoes. Enthusiasts, collectors and publications quickly realized the potential of the brand. Recently, Jason Markk launched the first dual-texture cleaning cloth for sneakers and shortly after, a premium stain and water repellent. In May 2014, another historic move by the label occurred when they opened the world's first sneaker care service in the Little Tokyo Historic District in Los Angeles.
