Opening hours

We are open for you from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 - 19:00.

Tax Free Shopping
With our partner Premier Tax Free you can as a non-EU citizen have the VAT on your purchases. The necessary Tax Free vouchers can be found at the checkouts.

Exchange & Returns


You would like to return or exchange an article from our house?

Shipping


Domestic (Germany) and Austrian deliveries:

LODENFREY charges a service fee of 5,90 Euro for the shipping within shipping within Germany and to Austria via DHL. In this costs for packing and shipping of the goods are already included. included.

Delivery times:

Refund

The refund of the purchase price of returns depends on the payment method.
